As each time you enrol to study with a new training organisation throughout Australia, you must provide your USI to them. Your training records and results will be linked to your USI account in which you can access at any time. Making it easier for you, to see your training records/results in one place. You only need one USI for all your training and it’s yours for life.

You cannot just make one up, each USI is provided we have to verify against your full name and date of birth.

To create your USI (it is free), visit Get a USI and have one form of valid ID ready. This could be your Driver’s License, Medicare card, Passport, or other forms listed on the website. Follow the steps and your USI will be either emailed or texted to you.
