You can submit your RSA verbal assessment with two options: calling the ZAC’s online assessment recording tool on 07 3063 4641 or emailing hello@zealifi.com.au to book in a time with our trainer for a virtual verbal assessment (Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams).
To prepare read the scenario instruction sheets, listen to the audio examples, and read the tips listed on the verbal assessment page. Please remember you need to record pretending to talk to the customer whilst providing the required actions for the five scenarios.
